वर्ष 2009 जेजेबीए के लिए संघर्ष का वर्ष रहा। संघर्ष के केन्द्र में रहा वनाधिकार कानून का क्रियान्वयन। जेजेबीए ने झारखण्ड में वनाधिकार कानून 2006 को लागू कराने के लिए हर स्तर से प्रयास किया। राज्य के 13 जिले - रांची, रामगढ़, हजारीबाग, चतरा, गढ़वा, लातेहार, गुमला, सिमडेगा, खूंटी, पश्चिम सिंहभूम, सरायकेला, बोकारो और दुमका जिले में ग्राम सभा एवं वनाधिकार समितियों का गठन तथा वनाधिकार कानून को लेकर ग्रामसभा, प्रखण्ड और जिला स्तर पर बैठक एवं कार्यशाला का आयोजन किया गया। ..more..

हमारे पृथ्वी ग्रह की जलवायु पाँच मुख्य कारकों के पारस्पारिक सम्बन्धों वाली एक जटिल प्रणाली है. ये पाँच कारक हैं- वायुमंडल (Atmosphere), समुद्र, हिम एवं हिमाच्छादित क्षेत्र (Criosphere) जैवमंडल (Biosphere) एवं मिट्टी तथा गाद या तलछट व चट्टानें (Geosphere). ये पाँचों तत्व सूर्य से सीधे-सीधे जुडे हैं. इन पाँच कारकों के अतिरिक्त जलवायु को प्रभावित करने वाला छठा अत्यन्त महत्वपूर्ण कारक है एन्थ्रोपोजेनिक कारक या इंसानी कार्रवाही का प्रभाव. ..more..
